Good read. Big AI tech is selling personalisation as something very useful, it might help you, it certainly helps the companies, as they suck up all your data and memory leaving you without control or insight. Alternatives in Europe have not followed suit

New test: OpenAI’s most powerful system hallucinates 33 percent of the time. That is more than twice the hallucination rate of its previous reasoning system.
When running another test, which asks more general questions, the hallucination rates were 51 and 79 percent.
