People so often minimize the trauma that comes from severe social ostracism. They think of trauma as something that stems from a very dramatic, often violent event. As someone who has been there, my heart goes out to Savannah, and I’m so glad she got out #Survivor #Survivor49

I feel like this episode would be a lot more exciting if they hadn’t put two #Survivor49 people on 50, whose names were obviously going to leak, and then made it explicitly clear that they’re making those picks based on post-merge gameplay #Survivor

I can confidently say I have never in my life laughed as hard and as long watching #Survivor in 49 seasons as I just did during that Sage/Shannon segment. The deadpan to the camera. The hand holding. Stargazing. Sage saying Shannon is familiar with karma. I can’t fucking breathe!

No disrespect to the #Survivor49 cast or the undoubtedly very grueling conditions they endured out there, but I really think Jeff has memory holed a lot of the early seasons and what they put them through back then 😭 Guatemala had similar heat and STARTED WITH AN 11 MILE HIKE #Survivor
