I am even more perplexed since the election. Dislike stereotyping, one group doesn’t win or loose the election, individuals make it a win or a loss. Unity is key to forward progress. Grown children, cat mom. LGBTQ+ ally.
When ever any legislator is talking, remember all but about 20 of the 535 have been taking AIPAC funds, turning around and sending your tax $$ to Israel, some in the form of weapons to kill civilians. 128 dems signed to not impeach, guess AIPAC likes our president. Israelis all have healthcare.

This is the most important thing to know. Say goodbye to checks and balances if the bill passes. Trump on his own, free to do whatever he wants without any fear of the courts. If the bill passes, courts lose power over Trump completely. He said no more voting. No more elections could be a lifetime appointment for every sitting member of Congress, both sides. The illusion has to go on. Why aren’t legislators screaming about this end to the balance of power.

Can everyone just forget the budget in the bill for a second. If the bill passes, he can strip everything, VA, SS, free speech. The bill budget talk is distracting from letting people know the bill gives him full dictatorial power. Courts are stripped of power over him. GOP pulling a fast one.

Too big a deal to ignore. If he decides to cancel the next election, what could a court even do about it without power. If this is true and passes, we will find ourselves in a country named by Trump.

Has anyone legitimately checked out to see if the J6 pardoned or any of the boys from the U-Haul trucks or proud boys are doing these ice raids? Are private contractors handling them and do they have any training?

Wondering today, why do the few that have more than they could ever need want to take away the last little bit so many have left. When you are hanging by a thread and that little bit is taken just out of cruelty, it’s crushing. Why is the legislature on board with this? We are just trying to survive

When we think about change to our current situation, is it too much to hold the dems to a standard. Things like we only want candidates that don’t accept foreign and special interest money. Do I continue to hope, hope gets us no where?

Our government was a system that allowed personal growth of some citizens while using taxpayer dollars to enrich the infrastructure, not CEOs. Big government gave the middle class a securer world, enabling Some to acquire the American dream, while we pushed to include all. The gop destroyed all hope

What is big government. It is a system of checks, balances. A system where regulations protect the land and the citizens. It is built on well paying civil service jobs. It is built on taxes paid fairly by those at the top and bottom. It is not privatized services where CEOs steal tax dollars.

Republicans feel they can get away with pretending they believe in Trump’s economy, long enough to push through the budget. Then we will all be trapped under it. As they explain their hands are tied and they can fix it with enough time. The only deals being made are for Trump and them, the wealthy.

Not sure I am reading HR 867 correctly, but it purposes you could not furnish info about whether a person is associated with an organization that supports a boycotted country. So I couldn’t post how much AIPAC $, Davis, Moskowitz, Gottheimer, Morello & Gilles, cosponsors of the bill get from AIPAC.

What if a few gop members from the house and senate did the right thing and resigned. Would that shift the balance of power enough to help? Where is the integrity, they could be heroes. That’s why it isn’t fear stopping them, it’s love of money and power. Nothing stops them from walking away.

While everyone is worrying about tariffs and disappearings, Trump signed an executive order to get rid of the Equal Credit Act. This could lead to women not being able to get credit, get housing, etc without a husband’s signature. The gop from the top to bottom is against women’s rights.
