If you're gonna get a fisheye lens, here are two things I learned this weekend:
-candids are difficult when your subjects are constantly at different distances
-specialty lenses don't work properly due to aperture control
-don't rely solely on infinity mode unless you know how far that *actually* is

I just watched the very first episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation
-for something aired before i was born, the old-fashion camera lighting tricks, props, and makeup are really beautiful for what it was
-anyone who watched this could watch One Piece, and vice versa
-the characters are so unique!

I brought it to Sac Anime to mess around yesterday, and I got some interesting pics. There's something nice about achieving these effects vs. post-edit☺️

I found a piece of glass at the 'buy nothing'store, and was able to recreate the starburst fx lens effect for my camera!

I don't regret not-paying for the 'premium' weather sealed version of the lens. The zip lock bag raincoat method has worked every time for me.
1 plastic bag, a pair of scissors, and a hair tie. Voila!
