Having one of the worst OCD breakdowns I’ve had in ages…
We tried using a heavy duty cleaner in our dishwasher to clean out some grime and it flooded out on the floor.
I’m now convinced my cat is going to find the one spot of cleaner I miss and become violently ill (or worse.)
I hate this.

Is it weird that the idea of doorbelling makes me super uncomfortable?
We have a bond and levy coming up in a few months, so it’s suggested we all volunteer to doorbell and talk to the community.
With some of the current rhetoric around education I don’t love the idea… Am I overthinking this?

A parent just sent me a message saying their kid has been really excited about our recent class work and keeps talking about all the different discussions we’ve been having.
Teaching can be wildly difficult, but things like this just make me burst with joy. ☺️

I did another round of labs yesterday and my prolactin level has increased 28% since March. 🙃

I’m already feeling pretty trash, so naturally I’ve started having pain and muscle spasms in my neck/shoulder.
On the bright side: I don’t have any meetings today and it’s supposed to be a little bit cooler than the last few days. 🙌🏻

I’m literally counting down to my appointment with my endocrinologist. My fatigue is horrible and I had a freakishly long hot flash this morning. ☠️
