Out of all the “ #7teachings ’ the one I think people have a hard time with & don’t realize is Honesty. Yes its easy for you to be honest, and maybe you can speak your mind. But can you take honesty from others without letting your triggers push you to react? Probably not… gotta be ok with yourself.
