Processing years of different traumatic experiences all at once because you've been triggered is awful. Feeling sensations you forgot feels like your own body is an evil monster for attacking you. When actually the monster is just as hurt as you.

Working night shift after working exclusively mornings for almost two years really feels like I'm gonna blow my brains out. I am so depressed and my schedule is so thrown off I cannot do anything but rot in bed, then go to work rinse and repeat. I'm so exhausted.

Really not feeling great today. One of my coworkers caught the plague and now my dumb brain is convinced that I'm sick even though it doesn't work that way. But genuinely my brain is making me feel like shit.
