Donald Trump's attempts to claim the powers of an absolute monarch must be stopped. The Constitution grants Congress the power of the purse, but Trump is ignoring Congress' budgets, levying new taxes, and converting taxpayer dollars into useless crypto. The Constitution gives Congress the sole authority to declare war, but Trump is threatening our friendly neighbors with economic ruin and military action, citing blatantly deceitful justifications. We need to stand up and let the world know we reject Trump's lawless actions. Join us at a peaceful rally outside of the Springfield Mall to affirm that America is a Republic, and we will never accept being subjects of a King. We will be at the intersection of Baltimore Pike and 320, which is at the southeast corner of the Springfield Mall property. We will stay on the sidewalks and not obstruct traffic. Please bring signs, and follow all parking regulations. The Mall has communicated that their parking is off-limits to us, so please instead use the nearby residential streets. (One block northeast is Sheffield Drive, two blocks south are Cedar, Walnut, Ogden Avenue, etc.) See you there!

ICE isn’t going after violent criminals, they’re hunting down innocent people, including US citizens, based solely on the color of their skin.
It’s vile and racist AF, but so on brand for Trump’s administration. These thugs aren’t wearing white hoods, but they might as well. ICE is the new klan.
