Los técnicos trabajan ahora en la recuperación de la tensión que ha empezado por zonas cercanas a Portugal y Marruecos. Una vez que se recupere esa tensión en el sistema, y se haga llegar a las centrales, estas podrán arrancar para recuperar la normalidad
