105 members of Congress, led by Rep.DeLauro, are demanding a USMCA that puts people over profit, stronger labor protections, and eliminates ISDS corporate courts.

It’s time to rewrite the deal for workers, farmers, and communities, not Big Tech and corporate interests.

This is BIG -- Rep Doggett and 100+ reps demand full elimination of the ISDS provisions in the USMCA.

ISDS empowers corporations to sue governments and get taxpayer money over health, environmental, and other laws they don't like. It's a total scam, and it's on it's way OUT!
As Americans struggle with Trump’s unstable economy and some corporations exploit lax rules to outsource jobs abroad, I'm leading 100+ of my Dem colleagues in urging that environmental enforcement standards be strengthened in the renewal of USMCA to support job creation and clean manufacturing.

Trade agreements must not stand in the way of health and access to medicines.

USMCA must be revised to remove extreme intellectual property provisions that keep medicine prices high, discourage competition, and ultimately impede access to medicine.
November 4, 2025 at 9:50 PM
100+ members of Congress plus hundreds of labor, environmental, health, faith, farmer & migrant justice orgs are demanding a complete overhaul of the USMCA.

The message is clear: trade policy must serve people and the planet, not corporate profits. 🌎
November 4, 2025 at 6:50 PM
Trade and migration are deeply connected. The USMCA must stop fueling displacement and start prioritizing sound immigration policy, human rights, and labor protections.

Along with prominent migrant justice groups, we outline how in new comments to USTR.

Trump’s biggest trade deal — the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement #USMCA, aka NAFTA 2.0 — has failed to deliver on its promised benefits to working people and family farmers.

Demand a replacement deal that puts people over profits!
October 30, 2025 at 7:37 PM
Today, we submitted comments to @USTradeRep calling for a complete shift in U.S. trade policy away from corporate dominance & toward workers, consumers, and the planet. 🌍

Trump’s trade deals with Malaysia and Cambodia achieve a new level of imperialist bullying and gift massive handouts to Big Tech and other corporate interests.

Some top takeaways below⬇️

In a rare bipartisan move, the Senate rightly rejected Trump’s fraudulent national emergency declaration targeting Brazil.

While this move is positive, our Director, Melinda St. Louis, calls out the House Republicans continuing to use procedural B.S to avoid taking a stand on Trump’s tariffs.⬇️

AI regulations, anti-monopoly laws, regulation of electronic payments, privacy and data protection…

What do they have in common? They're all on Big Tech’s hit list.

Their profits rise with every deportation.

Human suffering has become a revenue stream.

Corporate fat cats love the #USMCA — and now Trump’s billionaire friends are trying to make it even sweeter for themselves with new giveaways that hurt workers, farmers, and the environment across North America.

We’ve got 10 DAYS to push back, submit your public comment today!

Guess what? Trump and Big Tech are rewriting global trade rules in secret.

Here’s what’s at stake. 🔍

The internet broke yesterday. It wasn’t just an outage; it was monopoly power on full display.

When Amazon Web Services (AWS) crashed, banks, social media apps, and even government websites went dark.
October 21, 2025 at 7:50 PM
The National Trade Estimates Report is a Big Tech wish list in a boring disguise.

Instead of respecting countries’ right to regulate for privacy, competition, or AI safety, Trump’s trade office labeled such public-interest laws as “unfair trade barriers.”
October 21, 2025 at 3:54 PM
Trump’s “trade policy” apparently means handing the NRA and gunmakers a global payday at the expense of public safety and human rights.

Removing basic safeguards to stop gun exports to drug cartels and terrorist groups? What could possibly go wrong?
October 20, 2025 at 3:38 PM
People detained in Trump’s immigration raids are forced to cook, clean, and scrub toilets for $1 a day while GEO Group and CoreCivic earn billions in taxpayer contracts.

Stop believing this is about security. It’s about corporate profits.
October 17, 2025 at 7:58 PM
Trump’s trade chaos isn’t random; it’s a shakedown for Big Tech.

Every tariff threat and secret “deal” he makes is pressuring countries to drop privacy, AI, and digital tax rules that Big Tech doesn’t like.
October 16, 2025 at 5:34 PM
Trump’s trade deal with Mexico and Canada has failed, and this is our chance to demand real change. The USMCA must protect workers, strengthen unions, and put people and the planet before corporate greed.

Lobbyists are already swarming — we need to get loud!
October 14, 2025 at 7:17 PM
Trump’s trade chaos isn’t random — there’s a method to the madness. Behind the tariff tantrums and “America First” bluster lies a clear agenda: helping Big Tech deregulate the world.
October 10, 2025 at 2:43 PM
Instead of creating good jobs and rebuilding U.S. manufacturing, Trump keeps cutting backroom trade deals that reward Big Tech and Wall Street.

Help ensure a renegotiated deal gets better, not worse!

“Free trade” is over, but what comes next is up for debate.

In light of the upcoming USMCA renegotiation, we spent the summer sorting through NAFTA’s real legacy: destabilizing communities on both sides of the U.S. border. Read more here!

Getting rid of NAFTA’s broken legacy won’t be easy and definitely won’t happen by asking foreign leaders to fast-track a golf course in exchange for tariff exemptions.

No word yet from the Commerce Department investigation of tariffs on medicines.

But that hasn’t stopped Trump from putting 100% tariffs on patented pharmaceutical products starting next week, unless drug companies are building manufacturing plants in the U.S.
