Luton. Lots to do with music: photos, bassist, 20 years (so far) of promoting gigs in Luton & have NHS day job to pay for it. May also talk about my Spina Bifida & Heart Failure & SAFC
This seeded draw stuff is rubbish. Just do a straight draw.

I remember years ago going to Anfield (always a great experience) and watching us battle out a fantastic 0-0. One of the best 0-0 draws I've ever seen. I'd probably be happy with that tonight. #SAFC

I wonder if the Chancellor had all the NHS staff about to get redundancy payments in mind when she increased the tax on savings income? Clawing a little bit back ;-)

Out late on a weekday night...at my age! Worth it to see the rare talent of one of my favourite Singer/Songwriters Horse McDonald

Two hours of songs and stories...loved it.

It's a bit gloomy in ICB world today. Still, we crack on trying to deliver the best for patients and staff.

Chippie tea to 'celebrate' a draw. These are indeed strange times. #SAFC

Going to keep a list of companies that do Christmas adverts in November to make sure I don't buy anything for Christmas from them.

Respect to any UK baseball fans who managed to watch all 6 1/2 hours this morning. I gave up after an hour at 1 am.

Them - But you've not played any of the big teams.

Can the real Chicago Cubs please come to the ball park? Don't know who this lot are.

What a win. This Sunderland team almost starting to make me feel optimistic.....a strange experience. Solid defending does the job. #SAFC.

20 years after the 1st one we had another LutonAid at the weekend. Raising money for Keech Hospice. I took some photos. Some poor, most OK and some good 'uns (even if I do say so myself). #Nikon #Flickr #photography #livemusic

Evening, here, Cubs game about to start. Not had one to watch for a week or so. Starting to look like the season's going to be a bit too long for this group, but it was exciting while we were in with a shout.

@safc.com Hi. Will there be the usual BBC Newcastle radio subscription via the SAFC website this season? I can't seem to find a link on SAFC.com website.

What a fantastic summer of Test Cricket. A draw probably fair...as much as I'd prefer an England win ;-)

Back in a recording studio today for the first time in a couple of years. It'll be a scruffy demo as drums, bass & guitars for three songs done in 8 hours. Vocals & mixing tomorrow. Love/hate relationship with recording. Love the outcome hate the process when it drags out.....which this one won't do

Annual trip to the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition' today. Was OK. The stuff I liked was expensive. Lots similar to previous years and lots of 'safe' art. But that's just my opinion.
