7 mile road race today, really pleased with how it went after limited training.
Finished in just over the hour and my mile splits were almost identical apart from the long hill at 4miles.

parkrun no.340 followed by volunteer no.63, upped the pace a fair bit this week after my ankle injury. It all went well on a lumpy bumpy off road course on a beautiful morning.

For the last few months I have been working around my youngest daughter's house. A full lounge, hall, stairs and landing renovation from the floor up. I'm getting towards completion now and yesterday afternoon I painted her a picture for a dark area at the end of the hall.
