Lovely waking up with a spring back in the step - No one had a dodgy game, solid all over - both full backs superb, Konate looked steadier, Grav is vital, Macca showed signs of his usual self, some lovely touches from Hugo, but special shout outs to MoTM Dzob (again) and Mo, who is just genius #LFC

Was at the Palace game on Weds and was there last night, guess which one I preferred! The atmosphere was electric, the players showed much needed fight, energy and quality - and beautiful to see a clean sheet! #LFC

No one has has ever won the league in October but not letting in goals, like Arsenal, is just as important as scoring them and I feel the powers that be concentrated too much on one and not the other in the summer #LFC

Simple fact is we just concede too many, look so vulnerable - somehow, after all that money spent, we went into the season with VVD (on a huge new deal), Konate (wants to do a Trent), Gomez (ace but made of biscuit) and a young Kid (unfortunate injury) - plus two unproven new full backs #LFC

After enduring decades of Man U dominance under Fergie, it was actually good to watch their fans and players acting like they’ve won the World Cup - shows the different levels the clubs are at. Even in those dominance days we won at Old Trafford but it made no difference come May - we’ll click soon

Usually hate international breaks but so relieved about this one - break the rut, give some of the injured lads recovery time, and mostly, so Slot has some time to get that footy brain of his reflecting on what went wrong and how to fix it, which I’m sure he will #LFC

Only just seen MoTD, looks like we got deservedly beaten, but seriously worried about Konate - looks awful and we have no back up except Gomez who is class but made of biscuit - that ACL for Leoni and the last day Guehi palaver could really bite us - roll on Jan!! #LFC
