In my new job so far, I have filed six pre-trial motions that went to Court. The first two, I lost. The second two, I won - but they were unopposed. And then yesterday, I won two contested motions.

Bryon loves to visit churches, and I’m passionate about tracing my family history. So it’s no surprise that when we come to Paris, we end up visiting churches that are important to my family.

Joe Manchin & Kyrsten Sinema were the best friends Republicans could have asked for. No two senators were more responsible for obstructing Biden's legacy the last four years. On their way out, they still wreak havoc. thehill.com/homenews/sen...

This is a sobering analysis, based on what real people are talking about on social media. Americans are angry at corporate power, which *should* help Democrats. Instead, they let right-wing quacks like RFK Jr. run with the show. disinfoagainstdemocrats.substack.com/p/how-trump-...
How Trump Used RFK Jr. To Harness Anti-Corporate Anger
Pro-Trump influencers pushed RFK Jr.'s anti-corporate message far more than pro-Harris influencers mentioned corporate price gouging. It may have been decisive.

This chart on California voter turnout in this election is pretty damning. People didn't want Trump, they were just tired of always having to turn out to defeat him. It's exhausting, and I don't blame them. But it's clear we need to give a clear, alternative vision.

Good morning and Happy Tuesday to everyone who is disgusted that trump once again avoids accountability, but at the very least, the details of Jack Smith's report on January 6th should be made available to the public.

I realize I'm in denial about the election results by writing this. Imagine if Kamala Harris had won a few more votes in Wisconsin, Michigan & Pennsylvania to eke out a 270-electoral vote victory. Assume everything else stays the same. Donald Trump still wins the popular vote—albeit more narrowly.

Analysis | Mandate? Fuller election results increasingly show GOP gains were small.
A holistic look — down to the state legislative level — reinforces that early Trump and GOP claims to a huge “mandate” were overblown.
