Beautiful building. If the restoration ever finishes it will be something else...
Not the best image but there were people who insisted on getting in the way of the others. Crossness Pumping Station. It became a Grade I listed building in 1970 and will remain on the Heritage at Risk Register until the restoration is completed. #Crossness #London #bazalgette #Architecture

Was lucky to get a big private tour of the old London Underground HQ, an art deco gem by Charles Holden, at 55 Broadway recently. Here's one of it's staircases. Bonus was photographing The Brutal(ist) Ministry Justice Building from the roof. #ArtDeco #brutalism #brutalist #architecture #London

Todays architecture is the wonderful BedZed (Beddington Zero) in Hackbridge. Built in the early 2000's and intended to be the first large community to have zero carbon emissions. It had some failures but many successes and has stood the test of time fairly well. #BedZed #carbonNeutral #Architecture
