Took my nephew, Batman and his friend to the Albany Comic Con today. Got a nice haul. Discount TPB’s, loose figures, and old digests are my convention jam. Spent about $60 plus the tickets.

Reminder…John McCain ran on giving tax credits of $2,500-5,000 to buy health insurance. Had he won in 2008 and we got McCaincare instead of the ACA, the total 2026 cost would have reached about $500 billion per year, close to current federal spending on ACA subsidies and Medicaid expansion combined.
