Yeah, we need more info. Did he need cpr? Symptomatic afib is also a big emergency. Many people live well with afib, but if it’s causing him to pass go unconscious and fall, he is really high risk for multiple severe health conditions.

V-fib is not something that “flares up” it’s a type of cardiac arrest. People need cpr when this happens
