10 hr storage is roughly equivalent to a CCGT. Easily can see the ELCC saturation of solar and 4 hr storage ELCC saturation starting.

What am I missing about e-fuels? Shouldn’t the costs of e-fuels (H2 + DAC + CxHy conversion) >> cost of offsets (Oil + DAC + sequestration)? Especially as hydrocarbon conv has yields <100% & exaggerate both H2 & DAC cost. Is it that we can’t trust sequestration or need to trace individual C atoms?
