I ran "The Workshop Watches" from @hellomcdm.bsky.social 's Arcadia. After having SAM insist on hydration, and playing 'keep it up', I waited until they were fighting in the greenhouse to have SAM start a game of 'The Floor is Lava'. 😅

I've put a lot of work into the Fey Wilde in my setting.

5 campaigns have encountered the standing stones that mark the place that one could step over.

None of them have! They're too scared of fairies (rightfully so, but still!).

Post D&D recap, I had a talk with a player who mentioned how players in an AP come up with overly-complicated plans and don't let the power NPC help them.

This right after my players had spun an elaborate lie to someone who would have given them what they wanted if they had just asked for it.

I have trimmed my number of active campaigns down to four.

Not by actively ending any of them, mind you.

Instead I have just allowed sanity to prevent me from starting new ones as some end.

Reduction through attrition.
