It was never about eggs and groceries. In my rural redneck area they all have their own chickens and shoot or run over their entrees. It has always been about dear leader assuring them they won’t have to share society with Blacks, gays, women in authority, Hispanics, anyone not a white male.

My take on the late night virulently racist Obama post is that he might have felt some of base slipping away due to his personal gestapo murdering US citizens in the street. This is how his keeps them securely in his corner. Racism has been his solid talking point for decades.
