Why do Spain, Japan, korea, Canada, Finland, Sweden, England, etc have "walkable cities", universal healthcare, blanket educational standards, etc etc etc, and America doesn't? The answer is RACISM!! This country will not implement any blanket system that benefits black and brown people!
