Just going to quickly introduce myself:
Hii you can call me Takii or Strawbie, I draw Splatoon art (though I'm very slow at doing pieces I feel I can post, tell me if you don't mind sketches I make a bunch of those gjzifhezoif)

My oldest OC was Melon! She was supposed to be a casual OC, but she evolved into being my Agent 3! I don't really write things per say, I usually come with things on the fly or when I interact with other people's OCs because that's what makes me enjoy creating things.
I like changing her hair a lot!

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!
Up-to-date BlueSky Crop Aspect Ratio Crop Sizes for Bluesky as of 18 Oct 2024 By default, single images are uncropped. If image is too tall (Exceeds the 1:2 aspect ratio) then it will be cropped. Single images that are too tall may be scaled down but aspect ratio is preserved With two images, both of them share a square aspect ratio of 1:1 For three images, the first image is square (1:1) while the other two are half-squares (2:1) And for 4 images, all of them are 3:2

ref updates for my silly splatband boys 🐙🦑 #splatoon
A reference sheet featuring my character Akkoro. He's an octoling singer, with dark skin and a primarily black and red color scheme. On the left is his default outfit, he wears black pants, a red undershirt with a gradient, and a white plaid poncho with black tassels draped over his shoulders. He wears two red belts with an arrow pattern and his shoes are white lace ups with a heart shape on the toe. Two of his tentacles are chopped off in a way that resemble locs, and are shaved down on one side to resemble a sideways '8' or an infinity sign. He has two tentacles tied up on the back of his head in a ponytail. On the bottom of the ref sheet are two alternate outfits, both outfits are all black and have a punk vibe to them. On the right is a diagram of his scars, and detail of his mouth showing he has asymmetrical fangs on either side of his mouth. The bottom right depicts his octopus form, covered in roughly the same pattern of scars as his octoling form. A reference sheet of my Inkling guitarist, Killick. He has pale skin, and a primarily white, pink, and green color scheme. His default outfit is on the left, it is a multicolored pink and green jacket, with a white shirt underneath. He wears a necklace of a fish skeleton. He wears black shorts, and mismatched green and pink knee high socks, one with stripes and one with an ooze like pattern. He wears white lace up shoes with heart shapes on the toes. Four of his tentacles are slicked off to the side and chopped on the end to make his hairstyle look more scruffy, the remaining two tentacles are short and hang down in front of his ears. He wears various clips and multicolored star shaped accessories in his hair. His outfit is inspired heavily decora inspired, and he also has various bandages, badges, and star shaped clips on his outfit. His jacket has a sea bunny design on the back. On the bottom of the ref are two alternate outfits, one inspired by lil'judd, and in the other he is wearing a humorous chefs apron and pink glasses. On the top is detail of his glasses, and on the right is a diagram of his top surgery scars - which are shaped like anchors. On the right is detail of his terth, showing two fangs on the top left and right, and one singular fang on the bottom center - his teeth and tongue are shades of green and turquoise. On the bottom right is his squid form, white and green, decorated in the same decora accessories as his outfit. He is depicted with his electric guitar, which is turquoise and black, it has a pair of yellow stars adorned on it
