همینطور که تو دلم به خودم «غر تنهایی» میزنم، دوستا و رفیقا و لاورها رو میبینم که تلاش میکنن بیان اینور دیوار و من کمکشون نمیکنم. دیوار و هم بعضی وقتا میبرم بالاتر.

if i need to socialize with folks, i invite them for a walk around the block or a cup of tea or something less caffeinated slightly away from the insanity of the crowd.

girl I'm the same and I try to make sure I spend as much time I need in my solitude to recharge and avoid sensory overstimulation. large loud lobbies are a hell for me. so i try to put an earplug or just avoid the situation as much as i can.
