@suroys1.bsky.social Hope you’re having a lovely day. Had my light treatment again today, and for the first time I found it hard. The time I’m in the machine has been increased. I’m hardly in there any time at all, but I find it really claustrophobic and was close to opening the door and leaving ❤️ x
