Not to make this about black folks but that sugar cane part of the halftime show really got me. It reminded me of all the slaves down in the islands who got worked so hard the girls died before they reached a childbearing age, so plantation owners had to 'order' more slaves. It was striking.

I am just now learning about rock and last night a friend blew my mind when he told me Aerosmith's "Dude Looks Like A Lady" was about Motley Crue. Meanwhile, no shade, but I thought all hair bands looked like ladies. 🤣🤣

Dare I be hopeful. I have a newer high-end gaming computer. Valheim has always crashed Within 30 to 45 minutes in multiplayer. I just tried it after downloading the 5th anniversary update and played for an hour without crashing. Did they finally fix it? I'm going to try again today but for 2 hours.

What certain white folk don't seem to understand is that black folks staying home is saving their lives too. This government absolutely hates the Optics that white faces are the ones broadcast fighting this government. If black folks were in the street, more white folks would have died.

The thing that scares me the most is that someday this will all be over. Nothing lasts forever. And while Americans may work towards some sense of getting back to normal, the rest of the world - they're not going to forget. They will talk about what is happening now for centuries.

It's weird, people talking about Minnesota like it's isolated. Like they don't realize it's a stress test to see what they can get away with. Just like DC, Chicago, and LA. Cuz believe me, your city, my city, our cities are next. Question is, how are you preparing? How will you help your community?
