Great article about ETS-2.Marginal abatement costs in heating & transport (>€1k/t for heat pumps, e-cars) mean allowance prices could reach €80–300/t.Frontloading, MSR, price triggers & delay clause are vital for a soft start but revenues must absolutely fund schemes (eg social leasing, retrofits).
