Different government, same rubbish. I don't understand how 'failed' asylum seekers can be sent to a third country because ut wouldn't be safe to send them back to country of origin. Isn't the point of seeking asylum because it isn't safe?

I'm not so sure why people seem so surprised by current American foreign policy. Have they forgotten they backed Pinochet, The Contras, Saddam Hussein to name but 3. And they only opposed the Nazis when forced to.

Nothing more predictable than Israel ending the ceasefire. Stopping Netanyahu, Musk, Trump is more than just supporting Palestinian rights and opposing genocide. These dictators are out of control. There's a reason real history is barely taught or learnt these days.

So much love, hope and unity in yesterday's enormous march. Despite police provocation including escorting 4 or 5 genocide defenders into the heart of the protest, the demonstration was peaceful. ' We are the people, we won't be silenced'

It's not about the safety and release of the hostages is it. Otherwise why would the Israeli government delay the release of its citizens because Hamas haven't released their names.
