Due to the resignations of PA State Reps. Torren Ecker (R-Cumberland/Adams) and Lou Schmitt (R-Blair), Speaker of the House Joanna McClinton has signed writs of election, calling for special elections in the 193rd and 79th legislative districts for Tuesday, March 17.
