if you wanna be in someones life thats bipolar youre gonna have to decide if youre in it for the good the okay and the bad, because it can get bad.
I dont wanna be this way but I'm grateful my husband wants to be with me still because he knows when im having an episode thats not who i truly am.

bipolar is unpredictable and a lifelong illness that someone has to battle EVERYDAY! I dont know if im gonna wake up and have ended my good headspace episode and start a mania or a depressive. I don't know how I'll respond to being in those states either

I read today in my bipolar workbook that people that get diagnosed with bipolar usually have a hard time accepting it, and idk if i haven't gotten there yet or not but I think its important for the loved ones in your life to also accept that its not gonna be easy

So i've calculated my living expenses so I NEED to make at least 2100 a month
1700 for rent and 400 for utilities
then I need enough for food and toiletries and I also need to be able to save some in case of emergencies
I hope I can do it :') I'm doing it on my own
