California may not be able to enforce fuel standards due to Trump, but they can sure tax the hell out of new vehicles which do not meet a higher standard. They already tax on weight. They should be able to tax on fuel economy. If they do not meet the Biden standard by 2031, add $10,000 to the tax.

I swear, Navy admirals are the dumbest creatures on Earth. Zumwalt, LCS, and now the Constellation frigate. 30 years of aging ships and nothing new to replace them. Instead of wasting money on one broken idea after another, they could have built 40 additional Arleigh Burke destroyers.

This is a lie. "If" AI replaces workers or makes them more efficient, does anyone really expect companies to pay people the same to have more time off? No. They will fire people and keep the profit. The objective of a company is to maximize profit, not improve the quality of life for workers.
