After nearly 5 months of unbearable heat and humidity it is cold. That week of fall was nice, though. Bracing for my morning dog walk in 45 degree weather. 🥶

The CAVA kids meal is the best hack out there. Half a pita with a protein, two toppings and two sauces. 3 pita crisps, a dip, rice and a drink for under $7. It’s the perfect amount of food for a light dinner. Just ignore the cashier giving you the side eye when you pick it up.
