I'm not really prepared for the media to keep going on about all these crimes without someone actually getting charged for something. Otherwise it's just gratuitous and not helpful at all for the women who were abused.

I found another cat half alive....taking it to the vet. I haven't seen it before.
If they survive the trip I may set up a permanent go fund me or some kind of consistent revenue to try and get all these cats taken care of....I don't know what else to do other than let them die.

I engage in conversation w all sorts of people. A phrase I'm hearing lately is "well, it was good while it lasted" referring to our democratic gov't.
I say our democracy was never as good in practice as it is on paper. We can do BETTER than before, but we have to FIGHT for that.
