I just bought a ticket to a historical costumed ball for next year! 🎉 now to decide what to make…period is 1870-1910…so many options!

I’ve been trying to find good places to donate fabric scraps for years so they don’t end up in the landfill. I’m trying the @trashie Scrappie bags but they can only take 98% cotton. Who has brilliant ideas?
The Scrappie bags took out about 1/3 of my current hoard (mostly muslin) but I have more! 1/2

ngl kinda hate how whenever someone is skilled at something, the automatic response is “you should do this for a living!”

why must we monetise everything? Why must we assume that someone wants or needs to get paid for something they just enjoy? Some people want to keep their hobbies their hobbies.
