I am alive, I’m hanging in there as best I can but I’ll probably slow to resume a lot of activity on here while I sort through everything my brain put me through

Today was the downswing from a high mania episode that I had yesterday. I’m missing my brother’s wedding in two weeks, and while I’m happy to do a play it’s with a new group of people and I feel like I’m trying too hard to integrate myself in a pre established group. It’s a cycle of hating myself.
