Not much joy to be found. Can't blame Farke entirely, but can't ignore his track record either. The recruitment team best be crossing their fingers, and hopefully our goalkeepers can get theirs in some sort of order.

2. The recruitment in the summer wasn't good enough. Farke made that clear.
3. There's no guarantee switching coaches now has the desired effect.
4. Farke isn't currently doing enough to justify his position.

Called it as soon as I saw the line-up. No DCL, so do you bring in Piroe and try to give Nmecha more support up top? Let Ampadu & Longstaff protect the backline? Maybe go to a back three if you're worried and get a point?

Last season Maccabi Tel Aviv played Ajax in Amsterdam & their fans went on an anti-Arab rampage. Throwing rocks at homes displaying Palestinian flags, attacking Arab taxi drivers & chanting “Let the IDF win and f*ck the Arabs” and “Why is school out in Gaza? There are no children left there.”

I taught 5 years in an extremely multi-cultural school in Gorton, Manchester. I remember, on my first day, being completely blown away by the level of understanding the students had of each other and their various cultures. It was incredible.
Made my job easier, not having to poison them myself.

Great excuse to get to Garforth if you haven't before. If you follow my Instagram, I've been trying to follow #LUFCW much more actively (not that easy, as I wrote about for the Square Ball this month); they've had a solid start to the season and this is a good chance to make ground in the FA Cup.
