This might be a hot take but I firmly believe KOTOR 1 is significantly better story than 2, I didn't really care for most of the original companions in 2 and I found Kreia especially annoying. KOTOR 1 feels like a classic SW adventure but 2 feels like it's trying too hard to reinvent the wheel
