Already posted this elsewhere but food for thought: Since Musk is some sort of government official, does that make Twitter state media, and is everyone on it subject to true 1st Amendment protections? In addition, is Musk now subject to the Foreign Emoluments clause???

Correct, the US basically keeps Puerto Rico poor, dictating what they can and can't do, and keeping them in debt.

Affordability is key but really K-12 should be teaching liberal arts and college should be for specializing. However, that would create a well informed, critically thinking population, which is not desired by the ruling class. In addition, the trades are vital and an honorable pursuit.

Not sure what you think I was saying. Tech bros have not made anything useful. That is my point. Woz, who created the original Apple product, is not a tech bro. He is an actual engineer, geek, and an amazing person. Selling ads and mining data is just pop-ups on steroids. Tech bros are morons.

Correct, even when these tech bros haven't done anything except discover more annoying ways to serve us ads and mine/sell our data. Gone are the days of anything useful coming out of the valley...

Um sorry u are pointing at a riot which lead to violence which happens all over history. So by your logic, since the Germans killed a lot of them in WWII they should be attacking German civilians and you would be cool with it? Good gawd y'all.

Actually wrong, jews lived in peace with muslims in Palestine before 1948 just as they do in Iran today. Odd eh? Wonder what changed....

You have an odd definition of war. Besides the fact most of the deaths on the 7th were from their own tanks, a prison revolt followed by mass extinction of civilians is NOT war...

The "viruses are our friends" is refering to phage therapy isnt it? That has been used in other countries for a while and has been growing in the US. I didn't listen to the piece so I might be mistaken.

My first website was done editing the html file from telnet directly on the server for my web class 1999 maybe? 2nd website was created with editpad which I believe is still around. Ah memories...
