@knightsofbytes.bsky.social Any chance we could get the NTSC version of Sam's Journey as a .D81 file? The Kung Fu Flash 2 features REU emulation and the ability to load .D81 images but does not support spanning multiple .D64 files. This would drastically lower the barrier to entry for us NTSC users.

The dog I'm pet-sitting had two seizures tonight. Also her hind legs are really arthritic so I had a hard time getting her comfortable. But now she's sleeping in a position where she's not in pain, the neighbor brought her some of their dog's CBD oil, and she's finally asleep. 7 hours later, whew!

I think when the aliens come and try to piece together the events leading to humanity's ultimate destruction at hands of AI, they will inevitably note that our very first misstep was the unnecessary compulsion to advance beyond EGA.

Using it now wired on Steam. Only problem is forcing all the games to treat it like a Nintendo controller with A, B, X, and Y in the positions the good lord Miyamoto intended them. But again, this D-Pad is a dream. A dream, I tell you!!

Okay, I've tested the Vader 4 Pro now with the NES Pac-Man CE demake, Donut Dodo and the arcade version of Burgertime, all on Switch. I gotta say—this thing is great. I've bought and returned so many controllers in search of the best Pac-Man CE d-pad, and this thing beats 'em all, hands down.

Whew, crossed the finish line at 10:24 p.m. on the final day of Novel November, with 50,725 of the most inane BS words ever written. Had a blast with the whole reader participation Choose Your Own Adventure angle. Loads of fun was had by all. But I'm never doing one of these challenges ever again.

I can buy Chrono Trigger for my Apple TV for like $6, but it isn't available for Switch. And Symphony of the Night isn't available for either one, but they sell it for the stupid iPad. If you idiots would make it easier to pick up the game I want for the platform I want, I wouldn't have to emulate.

The creator of my favorite game of all time has passed. Gutted. I was fortunate to meet her back around 2012 or 13 at the Classic Gaming Expo. Had no idea until then she was also the first video game world record holder, for 2600 Space Invaders. Couldn't find my game box so posting my manual. RIP.
