At last, i introduce my 2nd Overwatch OC! Meet Vulcan, a grumpy old man with rat DNA and a special technology. He's a support who has developed a flame that can heal instead of harm. Oh, and he's Sentry's twin brother! The two are reunited at long last!

Vulcan is a doctor and combat medic. Vulcan is an 88 year old man just like Sentry but where Sentry's incident in the military left him frozen for over 40 years, and thus he did not physically age, Vulcan aged naturally until age 87 when he recieved a special new treatment that restored his physical youth. With the body of his prime back, he then tried to copy the DNA merging Sentry had done on him by the military and hoped to fix what they got wrong. As you can see, he failed, permanently growing a rat tail and whiskers.

This image is of him wearing what would be considered his default skin, a fireproof jacket, heat resistant gloves, a blue flannel shirt and jeans with suspenders. He's also wearing size 13 sneakers. His facial expressions show off his grumpy and irritable demeanor. His "Apollo Flamebelcher" is a custom design. It has a two trigger system.

The orange trigger shoots regular orange flames. The green trigger shoots green flames that heal even the most grievous of wounds and damage. The fuel tanks are filled with fuel and are resistant to damage. Inside the tanks is a bladder made of kevlar and balistics material that is extremely difficult to breach. The small tank on the flamebelcher itself is filled with a mixture that changes the ignited fire into the healing flames, released by pulling the green trigger.

The orange button on the rear of the tanks dissipates built up heat from the flamebelcher and uses it to generate a barrier. This barrier surrounds Vulcan in green flames. When it takes enough damage, it explodes with orange flames, hurting nearby enemies.
