Our study on causal molecular mechanisms leading to T2D is out as a preprint ! We highlight genes and proteins with putative causal effects, mostly shared across ancestries but with high tissue-related heterogeneity, offering targets for prioritization in future T2D research.

New paper out! Impact of dietary restriction of animal products on molecular profiles, most of which are positive for health. Our findings can inform drug development in a food-as-medicine approach. Huge thanks to everyone involved and to the study's participants! www.nature.com/articles/s44...

So proud to have received an award for my PhD from #FondationUBO. Thank you again to @UBO_UnivBrest and to my supervisors @GeninEmmanuelle, @HydrePrever and @JF2leuze.
It has been an incredible adventure that I am delighted to pursue now at @HelmholtzMunich with @EleZeggini
