The first time Alaska tried to get Denali recognized as the official federal name was in 1975, and they had been calling it Denali for decades before that.
Similarly to Pres McKinley, I’ve also never been to Alaska, so I’ll be deferring to indigenous peoples and other locals on its name.

Had a frustrating night with some patterns I’m working on, but still more mad that I had to work late at my day job than I am that I fought with patterns all night (and still haven’t solved my issue lol).

Friday I met one of my internet design friends irl at the roller skating rink.
I met my husband on tinder. We frequently go off-roading with people he’s met through Tacoma World.
