I always struggle between whether I should make my projects free + open source kinda stuff, or whether I should make it a product I can sell? And doing a middleground or option for both typically just means more work with little benefit.

In any interaction, agreement, trade, etc, both sides should receive about the same value. I truly believe if more people/company followed this rule the world would be better.

I've been thinking about school a lot more lately.
Legitimately like... maybe 1/4th of the teachers were cool, 1/4th of them were neutral, and then about half of them are the sources of problems that I've had to deal with, either currently or ongoing.
But what can you do, no one wants the job.
