Consistency is quieter than motivation but far more reliable. Show up, even imperfectly. Each small promise kept strengthens trust within yourself, creating confidence that doesn’t depend on mood, praise, or perfect circumstances and grows through patience, repetition, discipline, courage, time.

•it is terribly inefficient
•it pollutes
•it is/was oversold
•the biggest frauds champion it
•the people behind it are psychos

I didn’t join the march bc am 76-year-old & disabled. I’d be a liability. But when I first heard shouting, I was formatting a controversial piece I’d decided to publish after debating about it forever. The shouting affirmed: It‘s time to publish it no matter what.
