Work on “Open Access Helper” is progressing well. Looking forward to releasing this update just before the new year. I might be cheeky and update the version number to 2025.1 :)

Open Access Helper is a really cool tool that helps you find free research papers. Sometimes you find an interesting paper, but it's behind a paywall. Open Access Helper checks to see if there's a free version of that paper available and then gives you a link to it.

I might have found the single most important toggle switch in iOS. When traveling with limited data, make sure to turn off cellular data in Photos app. What difference does it make? 4GB in 3 days vs 1GB in 3 days…
