This is seriously one of the most powerful shader packages I’ve ever used. The included standard shader is a great world shader, but it’s more than that. The ability to quickly and easily write your own modules with minimal boilerplate has been a godsend. It’s like surface shaders on crack.

Can't recommend @orels1.bsky.social's shaders enough, even just standard; it runs great on Android/iOS while also having reflection probe occlusion that makes baked scenes pop more.

There are also notes in-UI like this, making features understandable for less-technical people like me w/o research:

Love me a small company. Had a hard crash issue with @marmoset3d.bsky.social recently. Was getting kinda frustrated, but then remembered that, as a paying customer, you can just like... send the devs an email. Got a reply and a fixed version to try within 2 work days, 10/10 ❤️

Turns out Vancouver gets humid enough that you can get stringing by the end of your long PETG prints even if u dried your filament right before (no desiccant in the box atm). Turned the dryer back on and it went away

Done with the first draft of a blogpost about Ark VCS: ark-vcs.com in the context of #unity3d and #VRChat projects

I've been blown away by how easy it has been to work with over the past month or two, so I'm hoping I can encourage more people to stop doing `myscene_backup_2` for backups

Ark is a new version control system built from the ground up for performance and ease of use. It comes as an alternative to Perforce and Git focusing specifically on being able to support big complex projects with binary files, such as the case in video games.

There are many amazing shaders out there, but I would also recommend trying out the shaders made by Orels (@orels1.bsky.social)

Lumines Arise by @enhance-experience.com is incredibly good. Cannot wait for the full release. The music is also an absolute bop, just like Tetris Effect, so I am having a hard time focusing on the game instead of just vibing to the beat
