Today, we released our 2024 summary report of the State Government Accountability Hotline: apps.oregon.gov/oregon-newsr...

The hotline is a tool for anyone to anonymously report suspected misuse of state funds or resources. Studies show tips are one of the best methods for identifying fraud.

Oregon’s municipalities are required by law to submit annual reports to the SOS with key financial info. But for fiscal year 2023, 100+ municipalities are more than a year late in filing their required reports, the highest number of non-filers in years.
