to all the people still memefying the president:

it'd be great if you stopped. all the memes do is make him seem harmless. even after ten years, even after ice, even after so many other horrible things, people still treat him like he's a joke. he isn't. he's a sentient cancer.
i am not entirely sure why niantic obsesses over making synchronoise available for gardevoir and gallade when basically all of their other charged moves are better/more versatile. it's honestly kind of comical

i think there are three takeaways from sam darnold making the super bowl:

1. a decision that seemed understandable in the moment (the vikings letting him walk) can age exceedingly poorly

2. a bad organization can ruin any and all football players

3. woody johnson needs to sell the jets

dan campbell, ben johnson, liam coen...remember sean payton's failed gamble in the afc championship game. use the knowledge well in the next season. miraculous things could happen if you do.
January 26, 2026 at 3:48 AM
the afc championship winners would probably be the bills if the refs hadn't fucked up and if josh allen had played better. alternatively, it'd be the jags if they hadn't gambled and failed a fourth down conversion attempt, gone for three instead, and won in overtime against the bills.

yeah, the titans fucked up letting vrabel go. they could still rebuild, but they're gonna be haunted by this.
January 26, 2026 at 3:17 AM
dear seattle seahawks: do not assume you have already won the super bowl because the patriots have looked mid to bad in the playoffs. if you let up at all, you could lose it all.

if you want to win, you have to play at 100% to the very end. never underestimate an opponent.

make your fans proud.

i think the only new england patriots person that basically everyone is happy for is mike vrabel

seeing how loved mineru is in acnh 3.0 makes me even more annoyed that she had next to no screen time or character focus in tears of the kingdom

nfl coach of the year...my heart says ben johnson and my head says "whoever gets the furthest/wins the super bowl between macdonald and vrabel". if both macdonald and vrabel miss the super bowl...it's hard to pick between the two, honestly

to the two football teams who lose their respective conference championships on sunday: at least you aren't the buffalo bills

the buffalo bills press conference: truly a sad display of two people who have lost their souls
January 21, 2026 at 5:11 PM
liam coen (pointing to robert saleh): i HATE that guy.

robert saleh (pointing back): i hate you more than life itself.

baker mayfield (pointing to kevin stefanski): neither of you know the TRUE meaning of hate.
January 21, 2026 at 1:34 AM
kudos to the titans. they may have been dumb enough to let vrabel go but they must have been inspired by ben johnson's hatred of the packers and got a hc who will absolutely do his damndest to renew a rivalry with at least one other afc south team. they'd better nail the draft picks though
January 20, 2026 at 7:54 PM
on one hand, i still think the officiating in the nfl is worse than ever. on the other hand, i can see him wanting to dunk on the bills
January 20, 2026 at 1:41 AM
i'm not sean mcdermott's biggest fan but if you're saying it was his time to go and NOT saying that gm brandon beane should have also been fired, then i dunno man. general managers can fuck up a team something fierce (1/2)
January 19, 2026 at 8:10 PM
people are salty about the patriots getting a ridiculously easy schedule?

maybe the officiating in the bills/broncos game should have been better in overtime. alternatively, the bills playing better before that would have also helped. i'd say for everyone to be mad at the football gods, honestly.
January 19, 2026 at 4:02 AM
god fucking damn it, bears. god. fucking. damn it.

the rams will be out for blood next week, seahawks. good luck.

thanks for not showing up on my fifteen minute break today, shiny grookey. very much not appreciated. #pokemonGO

eagles fans who are angry about losing to the niners: you would not have fired kevin patullo even if you had scored zip against the seahawks. even one playoff win would have kept him with the team. the niners did you a service and your 2026-7 season is saved (for now)
January 18, 2026 at 5:53 AM
i think that "josh allen did not play well in this game" and "the referees are inconsistent and ruin competitive games" are opinions that can co-exist
January 18, 2026 at 5:49 AM
the football gods: say goodbye to bo nix, bozos
January 18, 2026 at 4:52 AM
i genuinely thought that the niners were invincible despite their injuries because of their tendency to make the conference championship and/or super bowl in the 21st century. i'm thankful they weren't as a washington state person, but...geez. brutal game.
