I'm (almost) back! 5km in 24:14min (4:49/km) road running. Perfect cool autumn evening. Last run on this route, May 2024 (28:29min). Who'd have thought 5 months in gym working on Core, Strength, Weights, Bike and Treadmill would actually help! #AsicsGelNimbus so light. #devsWhoRun

Another step closer to mains water free/off-grid gardening. Used water from homemade underground storage (~2,500l capacity) under back garden. First time watering front garden grass from storage (via hosepipe) and 12v pump. Wasn't sure if pressure would be good enough, but it was.

Another weekend walk, another piece of TRUST iCON urban art.
A young person wearing a cap on backwards and wearing a gas mask. Painted in black line art style. The person is sat on the left of a white cloud outlined in black. The cloud style is like that of a weather forecast, but this cloud has a smiley face. Looks kind of like a friendly ghost. Balance, on the right of the cloud (the cloud's left "shoulder") is an open pot of paint. The paint is yellow in colour. The yellow paint has been used to paint a weather forecast style sun with five sunbeams radiating from it. Some of the yellow "sun" paint has dribbled down the cloud. The TRUST iCON signature mark is in the lower right corner. This was painted on the concrete support of a footbridge over a road in Thamesmead, London.
