Remote workday today. Finished code for (double-o-shapen) molecular similarity scoring (rot+trans or no-align) based on electrostatic potential surfaces and H-bond features, with optional pharmacophore matching. Added GPU support for ESP as an alternative to CPU.

Tuli kuponki jätettyä vetämään. Katsoin, että järjestelmässä on 22 hakemuksen tulokset ennen tätä vuotta - ei yhtään myöntöä. Huomattavaa on, että tuolloin järjestelmä uudistettiin, ja vanhat hakemukset poistuivat tulosluettelosta. Kaksi kv-tasolla isoa ”keksintöä” tuona aikana.

Tuli kuponki jätettyä vetämään. Katsoin, että järjestelmässä on 22 hakemuksen tulokset ennen tätä vuotta - ei yhtään myöntöä. Huomattavaa on, että tuolloin järjestelmä uudistettiin, ja vanhat hakemukset poistuivat tulosluettelosta. Kaksi kv-tasolla isoa ”keksintöä” tuona aikana.

Empiriisen tutkimukseni tulos oli, että noin 20 vuotiaana ymmärretään aurinkolasien pitäminen silmillä kun aurinko paistaa kirkkaasti - siihen asti niiden funktion oletetaan olevan hiuspanta tms.
