New in C64 OS v1.08!
The File Manager now has a Favorites editor. This lets you reorder and remove places you've added to your favorites. Favorite places appear in the sidebar in File Manager and the Open and Save dialog boxes. #C64

Alright, working with the TeensROM dev who has been improving the firmware support for the emulated modem, I just got a driver for C64 OS working with it. Pretty cool. Goes out in beta shortly. #C64

I’m adding support for higher density backdrops in App Launcher. These are some renders I did, to try it out. #C64 I think they look pretty good. This is text mode, not bitmap mode. With limited custom characters available to work with.

Does anyone else using BlueSky see how many views their posts have received? Am I the only one who doesn’t see them? I have a feeling they’re hiding this from me so I don’t feel dejected by how scanty are the views of what I’ve posted.

The name of the city is shown at the top left and the current local time is shown at the bottom right. The list of cities and the feeds are provided by the server and can be updated in the back end to add new cities. #C64

I’ve been working on a new App for C64 OS. It’s called “World Explorer.” Click the map or pick cities from a list, and watch live webcams from around the world streaming directly to your #C64! It’s pretty cool. Here are some screenshots.
